We understand that you’re traveling and trying to get to your destination to start making the most of your stay; that’s why we want to make it as easy as possible to check in and check out.
This is why we use keypad door locks so there’s no waiting in line or trying to race to the front desk for an actual key to pick up and drop off.
Checking in solely involves you using your unique passcode to access your room any time after 3:00 pm!
Checking out is just as simple: no need to check out at the front desk; you just leave whenever you’re ready that morning by 10:00 am.

The Harvard Hotel and Lodge offers rooms in the heart of downtown Fort Davis as well as at our ranch (8 miles north of town on HWY-118).
All rooms come with access to our custom pool with a waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, and cabana located at the ranch.
Our rustic ranch-style suites come equipped with Wi-Fi, Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, TV, hairdryer, soaps, and iron/ironing board.
